QBO is my go-to accounting platform. It allows for real-time collaboration, secure access to your financials, and seamless integration with other business tools. As a QBO ProAdvisor, I can apply my partner discount to your subscription so you get access at a lower rate.

Dext makes managing receipts and invoices a breeze. Just snap a photo or email your documents, and Dext does the rest—automatically extracting and organizing the data. Best of all, Dext is complimentary for all my clients.

Bookkeeping Health Check – $150

Not sure where your books stand? Before we set your monthly rate or quote any cleanup work, I will do a thorough review of your file to assess the accuracy of your records, identify any errors or gaps, and give you a clear picture of what you are working with.

To complete the Health Check, I will need temporary access to your QBO file. You will receive a written summary of my findings, a flat-fee quote for any cleanup needed, and a recommended monthly package. The $150 fee is credited toward your cleanup if you choose to proceed, and you keep the assessment either way.

New Business Setup – $250 (one-time)

Starting from scratch? This covers everything you need to get properly set up from day one. I will build your QBO file, configure your chart of accounts for you specific needs, help you connect your bank feeds, set up Dext, and make sure your GST settings are correct.

The set up fee is a one-time charge. After that, we move straight into your monthly package.
