You’ll have full access to your QuickBooks Online and Dext accounts, and the costs of these will be included in my monthly fee. I also provide the training you need to feel confident using both.
Each year, I’ll put together a package of all the documents your accountant needs to efficiently prepare your financial statements and file your tax return. This saves you time and stress at the end of the year.
Sometimes it happens – CRA asks for more information or to review a particular GST return. No problem! I’ve dealt with these situations before, and I can communicate with CRA on your behalf.
Not everyone has employees, but if you do this is a must-have to ensure they are paid accurately and on time, every time. I primarily use PayWorks or Ceridian for payroll management, which makes ROE processing and T4s quick and easy. Employees will also have their own secure portal to access their pay statements and year end documents.
I can create and send invoices, follow up on late payments, and ensure your receivables are up to date. I can also manage your bills and bill payments on a set schedule, using software that gives you complete control over payment approvals.
